COVID-19

For everyone’s wellbeing you will need to reschedule your appointment if you have:

* been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or diagnosed yourself

* have flu symptoms

It is appreciated if you can shower directly prior coming to your appointment, sanitise your hands when you arrive and practice basic hygiene.

When to arrive

Jasmine will meet you at the outside waiting area within the 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, so there is no need to knock. 

All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Your Comfort
During your treatment you are required to wear underwear. Our therapist is trained to drape you and protect your privacy at all times. It's also suggested that you do not wear any valuable jewellery as you'll possibly have to take it off.

Location and Parking
Restore Massage is a home based clinic at O’Neil Street Moorooka. There is free street parking and you are welcome to park at the base of the driveway as well. There are stairs at the entryway, please take care walking up.

Cancellation/Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment please notify Restore Massage more than 24hours prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee of $48.5 will be charged if less than 24hours notice is provided.  If less than 4 business hours notice is provided a $97 fee will be charged. Gift Vouchers and Massage Packs will automatically become void if you late cancel or do not show up. 
There will be a 10% surcharge added to your appointment cost for public holiday and Sunday appointments.

Facilities

Restore Massage has a HICAPS Machine for you to be able to claim with your private health on the spot. There is also EFTPOS and cash facilities available.

Good To Know 

There are external and internal stairs at the clinic. Most have handrails, please use caution when using the stairs.
